Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
Certain products include digital content, online courses, group classes, and other immediately accessible offerings. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and commencement of performance. Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may be waived once access has been granted or performance has begun. EU customers who wish to submit a withdrawal request may do so via the form available in the footer of our website.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to their session will forfeit that session. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless the client provides notice more than 24 hours in advance. Missed classes are non-recoverable and will not be rescheduled, replayed, or refunded regardless of the reason. By enrolling in a group class, clients commit to attending at the scheduled time.

Scheduling
Sessions are booked online via our scheduling page. You will be redirected to the scheduling page after purchase for packages and notified via email for subscriptions and group classes. All sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase or they will expire.

Refund Policy
Due to the personal and immediately accessible nature of this work, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including unused portions of coaching packages, subscriptions, or group class enrollments. If a client chooses to discontinue services, no refund will be given for any remaining unused sessions or access.
